Hospitable vs PriceLabs on price
Hospitable's Host, Professional and Mogul plans include dynamic pricing, so a Hospitable host pays nothing extra for it; adding PriceLabs costs $20 a month more for one listing and $145 for 10, on top of Hospitable's $29 and $179. Hospitable's free Essentials plan charges for dynamic pricing after a trial.
“Yes. Dynamic pricing is built into Hospitable’s Host, Professional, and Mogul plans with no additional integrations required.”

On Hospitable's free plan
Essentials has no subscription fee, but dynamic pricing is an extra there. Hospitable's pricing table reads: “Free for 3 bookings (in first 30 days), then $15/property”. The page doesn't say whether that is a month or a booking, so we leave it out of the totals.
What we compare, and what we don't
This page compares price only. Hospitable's pricing sets rates inside its own calendar and, in its words, “Rates update across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Agoda, and your direct booking site.” PriceLabs is a separate tool that connects to your PMS or channels and has its own settings. We don't test which one earns more.
