Where the prices come from
Every price is read from the vendor's own pricing page, at 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 50 listings, with the page text saved as evidence for each figure. 17 vendors were checked on 2026-10-06. When a vendor publishes no price, asks for contact details first, or blocks automated reading, we say so and leave it out of the comparisons rather than guess.
How a plan is costed
- Flat plans: the vendor's price for that many listings, billed monthly unless you choose yearly.
- Share of bookings: the percentage times your yearly bookings (nightly rate × occupancy × 365) per listing, per month, plus any fixed fee and with any stated minimum.
- Per booked night: the rate times the nights you book, between the vendor's stated minimum and maximum.
- Per booked night, for every plan: the monthly cost divided by the nights booked across all listings.
The defaults are $150 a night and 60% occupancy; the calculator takes your own. Prices exclude taxes. We only show the listing counts we priced, so nothing is interpolated.
