Click here for more info.”, to a waitlist page that says “While we're not currently available in your market or for your portfolio size, we're rapidly expanding to serve property managers like you.” Other versions offered bands from “0 - 1” to “200+”, and choosing “0 - 1” led to the same quote form as the other bands. Does using Hostaway or Hospitable change your Airbnb host fee?

Either one does if you are still on Airbnb's split fee. Of its single fee, Airbnb says “This fee structure is mandatory for most hosts, including … hosts who use property management software, and hosts in countries subject to this fee structure.” Most hosts on it pay 15.5% of the nightly price and their own fees, against 3% on the split fee, which Airbnb is phasing out for all home hosts. One listing at $150 a night and 60% occupancy books $32,850 a year, so at the same prices the single fee takes $4,106 more a year, against $348 a year for Hospitable itself.
